Good conclusion. Generally I feel it looks up to the military too highly and pins to much blame on government corruption, that seems unrealistic. And while it does touch briefly on the rich, it doesn't identify money as a source of trouble.

So the first book was a bit unfocused, the second book fixed that made a cohesive story. This third book is complete chaos, bland characters that do nothing, too many characters, none of the characters interact with each other.

To me the book's chapters feel like episodes from a 90s tv show. Each episode/vignette kinda disconnected from the others, yet it somehow works. Kinda reminds me of Firefly, if there were more than humans, and the protagonists were not outlaws, just working class.
