So the first book was a bit unfocused, the second book fixed that made a cohesive story. This third book is complete chaos, bland characters that do nothing, too many characters, none of the characters interact with each other.

It seems like the book wants to explore communism and how it is incompatible with capital... but it isn't very clear, since so much nothing happens.
