Well, finished the Three Body Problem trilogy. Pretty great! There were two spots I got a little bogged down in, on account of my own dumbness undoubtedly, but that was maybe 10% of the whole thing. Second book was my favorite.
@todb My favorite was book 2 as well, in spite of it being an utterly pessimistic worldview (universeview?).
Years later I read the Wayfarer series (Chambers) and now recommend them as a 'Dark Forest chaser' to bring a little interspecies optimism back to the brain...
