Finished this one off last night. I enjoyed it. Parts of it were predictable or contrived. But on the whole, a fun ride.

Picks up all the steam that was built in the first book, and never slows down. Quite a fun ride.

A great conclusion to the first trilogy. Keeps up the pace of the second book. Ties up some loose ends from the first book.

All in all, throughly enjoyed it enough to stay up half the night to finish it.

Now to read the rest.

I got this a while ago, and read it on a plane. It was entertaining.

While the beginning did seem a little derivative, it broke out into its own very quickly. Military scifi, quite good.

I think I got this on sale at Amazon some time ago because the blurb sounded interesting. I then forgot about it.

Was on a plane and saw it while scrolling through my library, and figured why not.

It was entertaining. I know nothing of the rest of the series, but even going in blind, it was a fun read. Nothing deep or philosophical. Just a fun ride.

Picked this up a while ago, and finally read it today. Quite hilarious. Less a story than a collection of loosely linked events.

Greatly enjoyed this one. While the series has definitely changed focus the past few books, I have continued to enjoy the ride.

Very different than my usual short stories I read. Most were haunting in some way. I liked them overall.

This is my first book by the author. I quite enjoyed it. The world was interesting, with the division between light and day.

Definitely a good read. Wish there were more books set in the world, as I feel that there would be a lot to read.

This was excellent. A mix of otherworldly horror as well as the more extreme horror of how awful people can be.

This was on sale, so I picked it up. Very interesting book. Perhaps a little too self congratulatory at times, but still recommended.
