Would have done 4.5 stars if I could've.

Slow-ish start, but it sped up nicely. Had a bit of a Stephenson-esque ending (ran into a wall and over).

An enjoyable read, better than Saturn's Children, I think.

Mr. Stephenson is back to running into a wall at the end, like with Cryptonomicon and Snow Crash.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first two parts of the book, but part three felt tacked on and perhaps even unnecessary. That may have contributed to my "complaint" about the seeming lack of an ending.
