Review of 'A short history of nearly everything' on 'Goodreads'

I got the e-book version because it looked like something I'd enjoy. Well, I did enjoy it, only I enjoyed years ago. It took me two and a half chapters to realize it, but sure enough, I've read this already! As you can see in my last review, I like anecdotal history books, but this a lighthearted look at some great facts -- okay A LOT of great fact. Bill Bryson really does science justice by calling it as he sees it and covering lots of ground. Enjoyable read and highly recommended. Now to start Bossypants.
