Ben Waber reviewed Capital Without Borders by Brooke Harrington
An Incredible Study of the History, Law, and Economic Aspects of Trusts and Wealth Managers
5 stars
Harrington provides an academic deep dive into the burgeoning field of wealth management, reviewing its historical roots, legal underpinnings, economic effects, and the mechanics of the profession itself. There's some overlap with her more recent book, "Offshore," but this one is more academically-oriented and gives much more historical context and legal minutiae - which I preferred but your mileage will vary. Highly recommend
