Solid book. Easy to read, and Krug makes it enjoyable.
This book is (mostly) a pretty basic introduction to userability testing. That is not a criticism, but I've seen some reviewers upset about this. The target audience seems to be folks who do not do that sort of testing, or don't see the value in it.

I'm not sure why I've never read this before, and now I'm sad I hadn't read it sooner. Hands down, the best spy novel I've ever read. I totally understand why this is a classic.
Funny thing is, I had sort of figured out the final plot twist, but then became convinced I was wrong. I was still surprised in the end.
Had started this last week, but had a gap because of Irma.

Really enjoyed this. I've been meaning to read it for quite a while, and it did not disappoint. Interesting premise, and of course Gaiman's writing is a joy. Some lines made me laugh out loud, which is rare for a book. For example: “The house smelled musty and damp, and a little sweet, as if it were haunted by the ghosts of long-dead cookies.”
I listened to the full-cast audiobook, which is read from the "author's preferred text." Highly recommend.

Holy cow this was a great book. I laughed out loud several times, and the entire thing kept me entertained.
I listened to the audiobook read by Wil Wheaton. Highly recommend you get it.
