Ramona the Brave

Ramona Quimby is brave and fearless — or so she thinks.

She thinks she's being brave by defending her sister in the park — but all her sister says is that she's silly and embarrassing. And now she has her own bedroom, Ramona is finding it more and more difficult to be brave especially when there might be something lurking under the bed or oozing round the door at night.

But Ramona's not going to let the great big growling dog on the way to school scare her. After all, she's her father's brave little girl. Or is she? --back cover
